The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Oakleigh Pistol Club Incorporated will be conducted in the club-rooms on Wednesday 16th July 2025 commencing at 8:00pm. Motions on Notice, moved and seconded by financial members must be in the hands of the Secretary by last mail on Wednesday 11th June 2025 to allow the required notification to members. Proxy forms must be in the hands of the Secretary at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the meeting and will not be accepted after this deadline. In order to nominate for a committee position, vote for nominees and/or participate in the Annual General Meeting you must be a financial member of the club. Voting for Committee of Management positions will be conducted in accordance with the club constitution. The following timings have been determined: Nominations for Committee Positions: COB 1st June 2025 (emailed to [email protected]) Email voting instructions will be sent: prior to 14th June 2025 (if required) Emailed votes must be received by: Friday 4th July 2025 Results will be announced at the meeting.
